ITV Ventures™ is getting more and more exciting as each day passes. I have been in it now since Jan ‘07 and have no plans on leaving. Momentum is just starting to build. Infomercials are popping as more products are being introduced.

This coming weekend is our convention which is going to be held in Niagara Falls. Donald Barrett is once again calling it “The Dream Weekend”. It’s the 2nd annual to last years. And from what I’ve been hearing it will definitely be the dream weekend turned into reality.

We were on a meeting the other night and the things to come that Donald was mentioning is just way too exciting.

For instance, not only are we going to be able to take live calls from Donald’s infomercials, we will eventually be able to take calls from other major players in the infomercial industry. Life is very strange. We never know what is going to happen until it actually does. We just keep going on with life day by day living the life that we have been given. We all have a purpose in life. Some of us figure it out sooner than others. Some of us never figure it out.
Some of us have a lot of money, some of us are very poor. Some of us are go getters, some of us just sit and let life pass us by.

I’m going to focus on the go getters. These are the people that actually have dreams, figure out their dreams and seem to fulfill their dreams. You may wonder why these people are successful. The reason is Law of Attraction. They attract everything to them. They don’t sit and think of how they are going to do something, they just do the task at hand.

They set goals for themselves and stick to whatever it is that they have to do in order to succeed. The people that know what they want and set goals are the ones that are going to succeed the most in a home based business or whatever else they have planned.

I’m in the middle of reading a book called “Life’s Greatest Lessons” by Hal Urban. A friend of mine has recommended it to me. This book is very fascinating and I highly recommend that everyone read it.

In it Hal asks “What Does It Mean to Be Successful?” There are several things that people do to become successful. It doesn’t always mean you will come out on top, but at least you tried your best. Hal points out that success is in the doing not the getting. One of the things people do to become successful is “Successful people have a sense of direction and purpose–they know where they’re going. They set goals, accomplish them, and then set new goals. They accept and enjoy challenges.

I found this to be very profound and true. It really goes along with building a home based business or whatever you set your mind to doing.

You can’t just use the Law of Attraction to get what you want. You need to do the work that goes along with it. Don’t worry about the how just worry about where you want to go and the rest will come.

I will be writing more about my thoughts on this book “Life’s Greatest Lessons”. It is truly a phenomenal reading.

There are many challenges/obstacles when it comes to almost anything you do. The way you handle these challenges/obstacles depends on whether you are going to succeed at the task. Some obstacles are easy to get around and others are way more difficult. Are you one of those people that when you come to a fork in the road, you are just going to sit there and quit or are you going to figure out how to get where you are going? I would hope you would continue on and figure out where you are going. You don’t want to be stuck in that one place forever.

That brings me to my point of this blog. I have a huge challenge when it comes to writing in my blog. I can never think of good topics. Am I going to just sit and cry about it or am I going to overcome this fear? As you can see, I am writing in my blog. I want to succeed in my home based business. And one way to do that is start a blog and write what comes to your mind. Don’t let it scare you.

What I did to overcome this, I walked away from the computer and started playing with my daughter. A friend of mine gave me a topic to write about so I started with that. My daughter and I were playing with a balloon that was deflated and didn’t go “up” anymore. She wasn’t sure why this was happening. We kept trying and trying. Which in turn helped me to write this. Kids don’t give up, so why should we as adults. That balloon didn’t deter my daughter; she just went on playing with it and succeeded in what she wanted to accomplish which was having fun.

When it comes to home based businesses many people quit because they don’t see immediate results and they let the obstacles overcome them. With any home based business you have to work at it. Instead of stopping at the obstacle go around it. You will be glad you did.

If you are realistic about setting up your own work at home business than you must be prepared to treat it like a real business. You MUST realize that there is work and planning to be done.

Those that do stick at this business, who set out a plan, a budget, and who work diligently towards their goals DO find success.

Many of the people who do fail just don’t stay at it long enough and unfortunately, all too often, throw in the towel when success is just around the corner.

Now I want you to look at your life right now and examine it. Do you want to change it or do you want to stay where you are at? You may be in debt, you may be facing bankruptcy, you may even have won the lottery. You may have a sick relative, maybe you are struggling with your JOB. Maybe your life is perfect to you right now. And that is wonderful. If that is the case, examine it again and start a wish/dream list. Whatever your life is at the moment there is always room for improvement. Now how are you going to handle these challenges and obstacles? How are you going to change your life? That is completely up to you to decide.

While you’re at it, check this out. Your life will change if you work at it.

Getting your website noticed is not an easy task anymore. There are so many home based businesses, companies etc trying to get noticed and be on top of the search engines.

One way to get noticed is to start a blog such as this one. In order for the search engines to find you and to get crawled is to update your blog everyday or at least every other day. And even than it’s a fight to be on top of the search engines. So this is where creativity comes in. You need a catchy title, and content that is unique from everyone else’s.

Some tips for writing blogs is to make sure its 250 words or less, snazzy titles, write with passion, and be consistent. If you use word press, your blog will automatically get pinged to the search engines.
My home based business is ITV Ventures™ and whenever I get a chance I love to write about it. It is my passion at the moment.

The subject I’m talking about today is trust. Trust is the foundation to anything that you pursue. Whether it be trusting a friend, collegue, in a relationship or home based business; without trust you have nothing.

The number one definition in Dictionary.com is: reliance on the integrity, strength, ability, surety, etc., of a person or thing; confidence. The synomym is: 1. certainty, belief, faith. Trust, assurance, confidence imply a feeling of security. Trust implies instinctive unquestioning belief in and reliance upon something: to have trust in one’s parents. Confidence implies conscious trust because of good reasons, definite evidence, or past experience: to have confidence in the outcome of events. Assurance implies absolute confidence and certainty: to feel an assurance of victory. 8. commitment, commission. 17. credit. 19. entrust.

There are probably a lot of things that go through your mind when searching for a home based business. Are they trustworthy, will they be in business 10-20 years down the road, are they reputable, do they have a solid business background and many more.

It’s very important when searching for a home based business that you believe in the integrity of the company and the integrity of your sponsor. For you will be putting your money towards something that is going to give an outcome greater than you ever expected. But in order for that to happen, you have to be dedicated and put a concerted effort toward this business. But you are not going to work the business unless you have the trust and belief in the products and company you are with.

Do your due diligence and research that home based business that is going to give you the peace of mind that you are actually helping people and are in a business you can believe in. Once that happens the rest will come.

I implore you to look into ITV Ventures. It has the integrity and trust of a company that is going to be around for a very long time. When you are talking to your prospects about your home based business, are you talking to them or listening to them? After the Introduction, what is it that you do to connect with your prospect? Do you want to know more about them? Do you Listen to what they are saying or are you waiting for a moment to jump in and start telling your story or give them useless information about your products or service?

This are not questions to be answered but questions to be pondered. Do you investigate the things that your prospects are looking for and want by starting a home based business? More importantly, do you know why they want it? Are you listening intently and taking notes about what your prospect is telling you. To become a network marketing home based business success you must listen more then you tell.

Do you know their why? Can you feed back to them things that they just told you? Do you use their first name in your sentences? Using your prospects name is a great connector and will anchor you story to them as well as draw them back into your conversation.

Be clear on your intentions as you contact your prospects. You want to create business partners not co-dependency. You need to make it clear that you will help them get started and teach them everything you can as long as they are willing to learn what it takes to become a network marketing success with your home based business.

You see People only care about themselves. What can I achieve, What can I gain, What can I become is all in the front of their mind. It has nothing to do with your company or products or service unless they see what is in it for them. It is your job, the profession that you choose in network marketing, to find out more about your prospects and show them what you are going to do for them.

If you do that often enough your enrollments will go up and so will your bank account. Don’t spend you valuable time giving people information overload on your company and the details of it. Connect with your prospects in such a way that they will follow you gracefully into the decision of becoming a part of your organization.

Not everyone is cut out to be in network marketing. Some people find that the pain of success is far too great then the pain of failure. You see everyone we know wants the path of least resistance. They all want to find the easy way to riches or to that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Unless you are a masochist, you will avoid the pain of rejection and never step out of your comfort zone.

However, when we do step out to the comfort zone, for the right reasons, the rewards can far exceed the pain of doing so. The best way to avoid the pain of rejection is to never have an objection. In the real world that would be wonderful but reality is that, most of us don’t listen enough to know what to say and avoid the pain of being rejected.

Most people in home based business fail and it is because they don’t embrace the hard work now for a lifetime of rewards later. They are passionate about their products and company but they have no understanding why others don’t feel the same. The key to network marketing home based business success is to find out all you can about your prospect. Who they are, what they do, what they want and why they want it.

Once you have done that you can expound the problem and feed it back to them so they know that you are not just pitching them but also actually listening to what they have to say. Then it wouldn’t matter what network marketing company you are with if they believe that you care about them and have a solution to aliments then they will jump in the boat with you and allow you to skipper the ship to their financial destination success.

I feel that I have just won the jackpot with ITV Ventures. It is an absolute ingenious home based business. What business do you know that has infomercials to help you grow and build your business? None. The thing of it is, taking those orders from the infomercials has just gotten even better.
Corporate has really enhanced the HOME AGENT PROGRAM(HAP). In the past we were only allowed to take calls on one product at a time, pay for credits on each product and wait awhile for calls to come in.
No more. We have totally changed the platform. We now buy our customers using universal credits, which means that we can take calls on any product and not have to worry if we have credits available for a certain product. We can take calls on multiple products so there are infomercials running simultaneously. And the calls come in right after the other.
So you are probably saying, big deal. It is a big deal. This means more money for the Individual Business Owner(IBO) and less money going out. You can spend your money more wisely on the call credits. It gives the IBO a chance to take calls on multiple products and help a variety of customers.
Not every business is 100% perfect. ITV Ventures has only been in the home based business arena for 15 months. We have only had the HAP program for 7 months. And we have made such strides in how we run our businesses. Everyday ITV Ventures is improving the way the company is being run and is really looking out for the benefit of their IBO’s. I am proud to be part of ITV Ventures for I know they have our best interest at heart.

My name is Abby Stavola and I have been in Network Marketing since 2005.

It has been a long road to find that perfect opportunity. I can’t even begin to count the number of home base businesses, affiliate programs and opportunities that I have put money into. Let alone put myself into debt.

The businesses I have joined include, but not limited to, Melaleuca, Mentors on A Mission, Financial Freedom Society, and VM Direct. With all these I have spent an enormous amount of money trying to succeed. Whether I was buying countless leads, a monthly commitment or just advertising; these companies have put me in debt. I knew there had to be way to succeed online without digging myself further into a hole.

Then I was blessed to receive “The Phone Call”. It was a past mentor who was inviting me to look at ITV. I was very skeptical at first and gave the caller a very hard time. I was convinced I would be divorced if I joined another company. I listened to the caller and I am very glad I did. There was no need to look at a website or anything. I immediately joined.

ITV Ventures was founded by a gentleman named Donald Barrett. He started a company called ITV Direct which had been in business for 6 years.

ITV Direct is a solid business that is debt free making millions of dollars in tv infomercial advertising. Donald started doing infomericals out of his basement making 80 million dollars in 8 months.
Because he has failed to make it in MLM, his lifelong dream is to help other Network marketers succeed. By marrying MLM, Network Marketing and Direct Response marketing he has come up with an ingenius plan. It has been proven that infomercials do work.
